o Booking Policies
o No minimum stay required
o No Pets are allowed (Allergies concern for other quests)
o Children are welcome
o No childcare is provided
o Consumption of alcohol is not permitted **
o Prices are subject to changes without notice
o Pre-payment is required A valid credit card number and expiry date are required to confirm your reservations.
o BBI Clients are required to provide acceptable identification. Valid acceptable identification includes: photo driver's license, passport, government agency ID and other specific forms of identifications.
o Check In Policies
o Check out time is 11.00am
o Check-in is from 2 pm until 7 pm. late check-ins can only be accommodated when pre-arranged. Please let us know what time you plan to arrive when you reserve your stay, or simply give us a call to confirm your approximate arrival time at least a day or more in advance.
o Smoking Policies
o Smoking is not allowed
o For the safety of our properties and the comfort of all our quests, smoking is not allowed. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in an automatic $150.00 billing
o Cancellations
o BBI requires 10 days advance notice of cancellation. Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:
o If you cancel with less than 7 days notice, or if you simply don't show up, you will be charged for the entire stay you had booked.
o If you cancel after 10 days notice and more than the 7th day notice, or if you simply don't show up, you will be charged for one night stay.
o Use of our locations
o We take great care in providing a beautiful environment for our guest to enjoy to the fullest. We also expect care for our locations. Intent damage and or loss (missing items) from your room or condo resort and its content will be your personally responsibility.
** Drinking a bottle of wine or beer with your love ones we consider ok, however having a drinking party is not tolerable.
o When we accept your reservation, we are refusing others
